I went in to the clinic a few weeks ago for my initial assessment, XRAY and nerve assessment. Dr Kent and his staff were welcoming and it felt like I was at home! My results showed that I had significant T1-3 misalignment and in only 1 session, I had already felt significant improvements in the adjusted neck area. Results include better peripheral vision, my headache of 9 months is no longer, and I can move my neck with ease and much better mobility. Each session improves my neck and back significantly !!! I can't wait for the next session tomorrow !

I've always had a great experience going to Dr James.. Right away he makes you feel at ease. I love how Dr James has helped with my pain and getting my body back to to its normal state. Dr. James and his entire staff are so friendly. IWhenever I travel to Kelowna area I will always make a point to go see him for a treatment. I also love his emails with healthy tips.

Lifeworks is far more then any chiropractic experience, it’s a lifestyle into a greater sense of our unique wellness needs. Each practitioner is extremely thorough in taking time for a very generous assessment process that’s reviewed along the way to ensure correct care plan throughout. All staff are professional and welcoming. The facility is very clean and bright. Availability for appointments is conducive to busy lives and they are very efficient in staying on schedule. Had my first appointment today. It's been years since I've needed a Chiropractor, or so I believed. This was a great experience for me. Dr James and his assistant were very attentive, thorough and positive. I left feeling hopeful that I will feel better, be stronger and enjoy better health soon. Dr. James is one of the most dedicated professionals i have ever met, in any industry. His level of attention to detail, care for patients, and his ability to communicate and give you confidence as a patient is second to none.
Michelle did my X-Rays and the intake work, and was also incredibly pleasant and professional, made me feel like I was part of the experience and not just a body that was being worked on.
Will definitely be coming back for regular work, can't reccomend Lifeworks highly enough!

I was in some incredible pain after travelling to Kelowna in 2015. LifeWorks Family Chiropractic staff made room for me in their busy schedule on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend. That act of kindness is indicitive of the thorough and thoughtful practices of the Drs and dedicated staff at this chiropractic office. We continued seeing Dr. on a regular basis, and now see Dr. Kent for adjustments as well. These guys are my heros!

I was fortunate enough to have someone else get me a giftcard for Lifeworks because of some extreme back pain I was in. As a long time construction worker and multi ticketed tradsmen back pain is nothing new or how great chiropractic care can be for relief. I really appreciate the focus not being just relief but total wellness at Life Works,… everyone at the office is very knowledgeable, caring and just plain enjoyable to be around.
Really wish the trade work wouldn't cause so much damage to my body but glad that I have Life Works to help maintain my overall wellness.
