We are located in Kingston, Ontario and we are the only clinic in Eastern Ontario with 3D gait analysis. This gait analysis system allows us to perform the most accurate measurements and identify areas where there is either excessive or reduced range of motion. These deficiencies can be treated with orthotics, stretching, and / or strength conditioning.

Meghann has a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University and she obtained her Canadian Pedorthics Certification in 2001 and has been practicing as a pedorthist in the Kingston area since then. Meghann is a member of the College of Pedorthics of Canada and the Pedorthic Association of Canada. She regularly attends conferences on biomechanics and rehabilitation research to ensure continued professional development.

The 3D Gait Analysis System is an innovative health solution helping prevent and treat running, walking and work related injuries. Effective treatment requires accurate assessment. Our biomechanical analysis uses state of the art 3D technology to provide you with a scientifically accurate gait assessment.
We are happy to work with allied health professionals, personal trainers, specialized running shoe stores, running coaches etc. to ensure that the best strengthening and training methods are being used to treat and prevent injuries. After your 3D gait assessment, you will be provided with a detailed report that outlines areas of weakness or inflexibility.
A foot orthotic is a custom-made three-dimensional insole that is placed in your shoe to alleviate the pain and discomfort caused by lower limb injuries. A foot orthotic is used to treat a variety of conditions of the foot and lower limb. It supports the arches, prevents or corrects mal-alignments and improves function of the foot.

Meghann and Cindy were exactly what I needed today! I just left with my new custom orthotics and gortex new balance runners (note to self, stop buying inexpensive runners!) I really can't express how much I appreciate the time Meghann took to properly adjust and fit my orthotics. It's a rare gem to find such lovely service!
