Argyle Natural Health Centre was established in 2003 by husband and wife team Dr. Ruben Manz, D.C., and Dr. Katherine Cheah, N.D. They wanted to combine their passions for chiropractic and naturopathic medicine in a clinic that would foster and promote wellness care as opposed to being focused on illness.
To that end, the clinic has evolved over the last few years to offer services in a variety of disciplines, including chiropractic, naturopathic medicine, massage therapy, thermography, and more. We strive to create a healing, supportive atmosphere for our therapists as well as patients. In 2009, we started and (finally) completed extensive renovations, expanding into the space next door.

Jessie completed her training from Western College of Remedial Massage, graduating with Great Distinction for her exceptional grades and attendance. She is wholeheartedly invested in helping her clients regain and maintain a healthy lifestyle through massage therapy. She is passionate about all aspects of healthy living and is constantly seeking to further her education as to better serve her clients.

Recently visited Dr. Poirier and she did such an amazing job! She is very thorough and really listens to you when you’re explaining the issues that you’re having. The atmosphere in the clinic is very friendly, warm, and relaxing. I would highly recommend both Dr. Poirier and Argyle Natural Health Clinic!

Terrible front desk help not even help at all. Dr. Menz was a good chiropractor and he lost a patient completely due to his bully of a secretary. She is the absolute worse and can't be bothered to even wish customers a good day, is even worse on the phone when it comes to making an appointment, and is the only reason why I will no longer go here and have found another chiropractor.

Made me feel comfortable and safe. Demonstrated knowledge in their assessment and took the time to explain what was happening thoroughly. Walked out in far less pain than when I walked in and with a plan n how to move forward. Amazing. I’m 37 and back has hurt for 30 years. This is first time someone listened and the first time I have some hope.

I have been having shoulder and neck pain for years, in the last couple of months it has become increasingly worse with migraines to add to it.
After being told several times to come to this clinic by friend (she sees Dr. Manz) i decided I needed to see if they could help.
I booked in with Dr. Poirier and she was amazing. Very thorough, detailed and gentle. Almost instantly I felt better, my neck and shoulders definitely have improved. Will continue going coming tonthis clinic and recommend anyone else looking for s Chiropractor to come as well.

I am so Happy Thankful and Grateful that SGI covers Massage and Chiropractic treatments after accidents. I have been going twice a week for adjustments and once a week for massage since the accident. I went from having severe pain from my neck to my… lower spine all along on my right side, and a very painful Sacroiliac Joint, knee and ankle pain to having none within 2 weeks time. It will be one month tomorrow since my accident and I am back at the gym lifting heavier weights than

I believe this is a good clinic, and a few people have recommended it to me. However, when I called to make an appointment for my partner, who was in serious pain from a strain injury, the receptionist on the phone was short and unpleasant. Contrast that with Stapleford Chiropractic where the receptionist was warm, pleasant and concerned. Of course we booked with Stapleford, and my partner was pleased with his experience there.
