When we were building our new home we were very fortunate that Paulette and her team at Creative Touch Interiors Inc. were available to assist us with our custom design and interior decoration. Our renovation had some unique challenges. We purchased a dated two bedroom 70's vintage condo in Victoria. We combined two established households with two people having divergent in tastes and needs, living in two different cities, Kelowna and Vancouver. Further, the Covid shutdowns had just begun. Paulette helped us solve each barrier successfully.

This is what happens when you hire a professional, you get award winning design and project management. I very happy with the all the work on the design and coordination of my renovation. Paulette understood my needs and wants, sometimes she had to say no from a cost effective perspective. Her professionalism, follow through, and communication were outstanding. Creative Touch Interiors are exceptional to deal with! I believe Paulette's greatest attribute is her passion to make it right for "You" her customer. We had a park model/sunroom built; her help was invaluable for the design, countertops, flooring, paint, furniture, window coverings. Our budget for interior design was small, in the end we felt it was the best bang for our dollar for the entire project. It eliminated stress and narrowed the search during the selection process.
