Winter can be a difficult time for anyone, but for us it is another opportunity to shine - another chance to prove again to our many valued clients just how important our services are.
While three bullet points does not sound like much, we can assure you that these three points alone are the reason that we have 140 staff on-hand and 55 plow trucks, tractors, and salters on the road serving more than 100,000 people, hundreds of kilometres of road, and thousands of parking spaces - satisfied clients across the entire GTA.

As we are approaching the winter season, we are also planning for the future as Boards of Directors are already making decisions for Spring 2015. As per usual, the Spring is typically a jack-rabbit start and as such we will be ready to hit the ground running!

The creation of an attractive and functional landscape requires careful planning. At Pristine Property Maintenance, we take great pride in not only maintaining our clients' landscape, but in making recommendations on how to better improve the hardscape. With over $800,000 invested in large equipment (including loaders, backhoes, bobcats, skid steers, and excavators), there is no job that we do not have the resources to tackle.
At approximately this time each year we like to sit down and carefully plan out the spring and summer months which are just around the corner - and always the busiest time of the year for us.
Within this planning process, we like to schedule a brief appearance at a meeting of the Board of Directors which allows us the opportunity to have a frank discussion about any issues that may have arisen with regards to our service delivery as well as expectations for future months - this may include things such as special garden arrangements, trees that need pruning, and the discussion of any other work that we may be able to assist with.

Richard Eaton was the first person to provide a reasonable and acceptable solution to our overgrown backyard. All others simply wanted to cut down most of the trees and hedges and start again. Richard made great suggestions and we are soooooo happy with the result. Jeff, Adam, Conner and Jeanette were here for 3 days and Richard dropped by each day to check the progress. All of the workers were fantastic! They worked hard and very respectful. Can't wait for the re seeded lawn to grow to enjoy the final result - a green, private and cozy oasis. Thank you Pristine Properties for a job very well done

We had Pristine Property re-sod our backyard as well as a neighbours backyard.
We cannot thank them enough for the professionalism and the jobs that they completed. The entire crew worked diligently to get the jobs done.
When the jobs were finished they cleaned the area as well as the street and left everything perfectly clean.
We have also referred them to other neighbours on our street that oversaw the jobs being completed.

Our dog even approves the new lawn.

Tues Jan 29
- large snowstorm hits Toronto
- no removal overnight
- first picture below (daylight) was taken around 10am --> no removal yet
- PPM truck arrives and clears 30-40% of the required area...leaves after 15-20mins
- calls/texts/emails sent to notify company...many promises made but no removal yet
- second picture below (night time) was taken around 7pm --> no removal yet
- more calls made to notify company...more promises made but no removal yet
