An absolutely wonderful agent! Erin was responsive (even at late hours) and available to answer all our questions and concerns that arose during the process of listing our home. I was made an Estate Trustee of a condo which had incredible damage from smoking. Erin Hayes did a wonderful job of preparing and staging it for selling. My husband and I were lucky to count with Erin’s help to find our first home. We were both newcomers and had very little knowledge about Canadian houses.
