I decided to give it try and I absolutely enjoyed it! The broth was served steaming hot, the spice level was perfect (not too spicy just a small kick). This restaurant has become a regular lunch time spot for us. We stumbled across Nutana Cafe while we were looking for a quick bite to eat at lunch time.

I love the Nutana Cafe. My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years. Even now living abroad, I always make sure I visit whenever I come back to Saskatoon for a visit. My favourite is the noodle bowl, which is exceptionally good with a little bit of chilli oil. <3

Again, another review that I don't have a photo for because I gobbled the food down too quickly, LOL!
When I would come to Saskatoon for trade and apprenticeship schooling, we were lucky to have a nutana cafe directly on Alberta Avenue. Of course this location closed down about two or three years ago, I personally hadn't really been in Saskatoon long enough to be able to take advantage of the Broadway location.
Finally, I was able to get back to some really amazing food.
I ordered the Doug special rice vermicelli noodle bowl. It comes with beef pork chicken and a cut up spring roll, absolutely

Excellent food. Their specialty is like the noodle bowl of Thien Vietnam except much better quality for only $10. Strongly recommend the beef or the pork noodle bowl over the chicken, as chicken tends to lack the grease factor that carries strong flavor. The beef or pork varients are always tender, and seem to marinade better.

You can never go wrong eating at nutana cafe . We don't live in Saskatoon anymore but we always make a point to come dine at Norm's at least once or twice when we visit. He always remembers what we order and his prices are very good. Order anything on the menu, it is all wonderful!

For the first time in 11 years of working on broadway I tried the special from Norms. I’ve always heard that the noodle bowls are great but the service is terrible...I will safely say that I enjoyed both. The noodle bowl was delicious and filling; the service was kind and courteous. I will not wait another 11 years to try again.

The spring rolls are crispy. Food was kind of bland but lots of meat and ginger in the ginger beef. The place needs redecorating.
