At our Walk in/After Hour Care clinic, you have timely access in seeing a doctor often without an appointment.
We offer advice, assessment and treatment for most illnesses and minor injuries such as cuts, bruises, burns and sprains; skin complaints, stop smoking support, vaccinations, blood pressure checks, medication refills, emergency contraception and advice, STI's and stomachaches as well as pediatric care, gynecological and occupational medical services.

Very disappointed with this clinic, several times tried to even talk to the doctor about my symptoms. I understand about being careful about Covid, but what’s the use of having a doctor if you can’t even talk to him. I would have to wait 2-4 days for a PCR test to come back even though I know my symptoms are not even related to Covid. What’s the use of a rapid test, if the doctor won’t even acknowledge it?

Very disrespectful and hard to reach in terms of appointment. When the appointment does occur, Dr. Illumperuma seems unmotivated to help, giving the bare minimum advice. I received an infection from one of the medications he suggested and when this was reported to the office, he stated "there is no way to help as I am unable to see you in person." Understanding Covid-19 has forced us all to follow rules, disappointing that he isn't pushing for more questions and providing further suggestions

I understand that we are going through hard times, but just because I didn’t get an appointment to just cone in and remove stitches from my hand should not ba a cause of such a treatment.
The receptionist kept me waiting at the door as if I am begging, then took my information and later told me to go see my family doctor.
I would have gone to my family doctor if I see it appropriate for me but no I had to treated as if I am a dangerous person.
Totally unacceptable and I would never recommend this clinic to synonymous.

It's difficult to see a doctor now due to Covid 19 but my experience with this medical centre was really great. Dr Illamperuma gave excellent care and the receptionist was really nice and helpful. The receptionist even called me to make sure I got my medication all right from the pharmacy afterwards. It feels good to know that I can still get good care from a clinic in times of need. So many clinics now a days give only subpar care and service but Promenade Medical Centre is the exception and they are excellent .

Positives was that the wait time was very short and the staff were very efficient in seeing patients. The critique I have is when I finally got to see my doctor, I didn't know who I was seeing as there were no introductions made. Very direct and straight to the point. Typically most clinics I have gone to the doctor has said hello and introduced themselves. Although if you are in need of a doctor in a hurry, they are able to do the job.
