Protech Welding is a Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) certified steel fabrication shop located in North Vancouver, British Columbia. We have been proud to serve the Lower Mainland, Whistler, the Sunshine Coast and other BC locations for over 25 years. At Protech Welding, we work with our clients from start to finish, from concept through design, fabrication and Installation.

Services
From Protech's beginnings over 25 years ago as a small job and pipeworks shop, through changes becoming a miscellaneous metals contractor for local high-rise developments a lot of steel has been moved through our doors, wherever they've been. Over the past 15 years or so, since Ryan and Ryan have taken over ownership, our primary focus has changed once again.
Custom can be difficult, but certainly doesn't have to be. With over 25 years of custom design and fabrication experience, our staff can help get it done on time and on budget. We understand that metal fabrication requires flexibility, versatility and knowhow.

Introducing the newest member of the Protech Team, our Prodevco PCR42 (we affectionately call it Domo). Domo is the most advanced robotic-plasma steel cutting solution available. It combines CNC plasma cutting and torch technology with fully-automated robotics and laser measuring systems for best-in-class structural steel cutting.
Our dedicated team has been involved in many fantastic local projects, and we our very proud of the results. Designed in Seattle and built locally. This custom home is one of our favorites. Nestled in a quiet dead-end street and on a steep cliffside it has some of the best water views in our area. Lots of steel allows for wide open spaces.
