I had a confirmed scheduled date for John at Junk Runners to come take my things. After scheduling a vacation day off work to deal with this, he did not show up. I have limited vacation days, a lot of it was used for my move, so my vacation days are precious. I called him and he had forgotten to schedule the appointment. It was extremely disappointing and not a trustworthy way of doing business. Absolutely no regard to other people's time or stress during a move. I would most definitely not recommend them and would not trust them to show up.

I bought a Groupon from them and I read the fine print and the details very carefully. When I tried to make an appointment to have a dryer and a chest freezer removed from my basement, I was presented with he demanded another $50. When I refused to pay it, he suggested that I tell Groupon that I made a mistake and to ask for a refund. Then he would come and do it for $160 cash. Not an honest way to do business.

Reliable, Fair Prices and very quick amazing service. I booked the night before stuck in a difficult position needing to clean out my estate immediately. The next morning John and Jamie arrive and got rid of 3 loads of Junk/Furniture before lunch time. They helped me out big time in tough circumstances and I can’t thank them enough. These guys are the best! I am a professional organizer who works often with hoarders. I have sent Junk Runners into some seriously awful places and they get the job done!
