Stephen was so helpful when the check engine light came on my 06 hybrid vehicle during a cross-country road trip! Very knowledgeable and offered great advice. The technicians quickly installed two new tyres last minute for me when I asked where I could buy some because mine were way past bald. Thanks so much Stephen and co! We made it back home in one piece!

Members of my family and I have been coming here for many years. As per usual, the service was fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I appreciated the communication and felt that the service was honest and high quality. I feel very comfortable bringing any of our cars here again. For us, there is no need to shop around....we know we are getting the best value out there!

Best automotive repair shop I have found in thunder bay. I interacted with Terry and Owen and both of them were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. Their service was professional and quality was amazing. They accommodated all my requests and even fitted me in their busy schedule. The best thing was the safety check from this place was only $118.65 (including tax). Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Went there for adjusting my headlight alignment. They told me to change the entire headlight unit bcoz they can't to alignment and quoted for $1000 for used one. Went to another place and did my alignment for $65 and I am okey now😁.
May be the mechanic doesn't know what they are doing or they wanted me to spend $1000...thank God. You saved me.

I was stuck in a parking lot with my full gas tank hanging down to the ground because the strap holding it up suddenly broke.
Chris came at the very end of the day, loaned me his ratchet straps to hold it up so I could get my truck to their shop. Chris went above and beyond to help me out and he saved the day for me!!
I have always been treated with respect and staff are professional and I feel complete confident in their work and recommendations.

I arrived some hours before my appointment but I still got accomodated. Nelo was very professional, extremely friendly and gave answers to every single question I asked. My vehicle check was done promptly and I was out within a very short time. The other guys were very chatty and friendly too. To anyone looking for a top notch customer service, this is the place to go!!!!!!!

I took my car into the shop yesterday. Prior to them i had a bad experience at another shop. I was amazed at how great the customer service was. Terry took the time to answer my questions, and didnt dismiss me when i explained the issues with my vehicle. He gave great insight for the future of my vehicle, although the outcome is not favorable for… me at this time (could be for someone else with the time and money) I however, appreciate his honesty and forwardness. Had i taken my vehicle in to them first perhaps i could have saved myself some trouble. The visual inspection they sent me was
