We had our shutters put in last November. I am so thrilled on how they look throughout our home. I meant to post this review sooner, but life gets in the way. The service from showroom to in home installation was amazing. They bring samples and explain the process of installation. I had another company come for a quote, and the cost was almost double in cost. They also mounted on the window frame, which I did not want. Very professional from start to end, any questions I had were answered. I highly recommend Smart Shutter Canada!

We contacted Smart Shutter to set up an appointment and to find out more about their product after completing some research online. Craig arrived at our home and was very respectful of social distancing. After some discussion we decided to proceed with measurements and pricing for the back of our house in the family room and kitchen. Do not deal with this company, they have horrible customer service. I have a full email string of excuses from Samantha to prove their customer service. First off the initial meeting was good, the owner of the company came to the house, adhered to social distancing showed my wife and I samples everything was great, he measured the windows and we ordered the shades. We were told 4-6 weeks to get the shades which was totally fine, while getting to the end of the timeframe my emailed several times with no response from the office for an installation date, after several phone calls we got our date

Smart Shutters Canada provides professional service with quality product. We had Craig come into our home to measure our windows and provide us with a quote. This took place during the COVID19 pandemic, and he took extra precaution to ensure we were all safe. We've had two sets of shutters installed a year apart by SmartShutters. We were happy with the initial service, so we did recommend SmartShutters to our clients. Our positive experience with this company did end though with the second set. As usual, Craig gave us an estimate and although the shutters were installed not six feet above the existing ones from our first set, for some strange reason, Craig decided to make out the order for a totally different shade.

I shopped & researched months before finding Smart Shutter Canada. We are beyond happy with our new shutters ! Best price around, sound reputation, nothing but positive customer feedback, ONLY company whose product is VOC free (after all, who wants to breath in horrible plastic toxic smell for months after from those "other" shutter companies' product?). Their shutters r so well made, very solid..not like a lot of flimsy ones I saw out there..They look amazing...only 4 inch ones I could find PLUS no ugly view obstructing divider rail AND manufactured right here in Hamilton ! FINALLY!! After having 3 previous quotes we decided to call Smart Shutter Canada, regarding shutters for our new construction home. Craig informed us, and educated us on all our options.We also needed a few custom arched shaped shutters made, which Craig guaranteed would be no problem at all. The installation went smooth, and the installers were very courteous, and cleaned up everything. I would highly recommend Craig and his team at Smart Shutter Canada. Price was great also!

We have had the pleasure of having two jobs completed by Smart Shutters. We are completely satisfied with everything from beginning to end. Craig provided excellent professional service for providing quotes. There was no "" hard-sell" ....just a well presented rationale for choosing shutters as an option.
