Absolutely love the new renovations. The couples massage room is spacious and welcoming. We also had a pedicure in their new pedicure room. It's gorgeous and loved the comfy massage chair they had. Can't wait for my lash appointment next week.

I got a mani/pedi with Ashley, what an amazing job she did. Loved the outcome of the nails, loved the great conversations we had, just a whole experience to love! Definitely recommend booking with Ashley!! She also got rid of all my dry skin leaving my feet and hands so smooth.

This is my first review ever. For me to take the time to do so, it means that my experience was that bad. This place is a disaster. Not professional at all, but they still charge you the big bucks. Is this a learning school or what? I got a 1-hour massage and the girl did not apply any pressure at all. I asked her twice to apply more pressure and she couldn't keep it for more than a minute. The touch was so irritating, that it made me feel angry more than anything. I took the time to fill up a form before my appointment and wrote down, as well as told, the girl verbally that I cannot have perfumed

Had an amazing massage at The Wellness Spa this past month. The staff were welcoming and the 90 minute massage was great. I was very impressed how the spa looked and felt. Relaxing and calm. Just what I needed! I look forward to my next service!

This was the worst massage and "spa" experience I have ever had. I hadn't had a massage in years and booked a 90 minute deep tissue massage for my birthday on November 30. When I got there, the receptionist looked like a hot mess. Very unprofessional, like she partied hard the night before. She asked me if I wanted to use the restroom before settling into the room. I went and was disgusted by the amount of dirt, dust and eyelash extensions on the floor. I was the only client there.. I am sure there would have been time to clean but looked as if it hadn't be done in weeks. When we got to the massage

Nancy & Jordan were incredible. My husband and I went for our first wedding anniversary and got The Romance Package. The massages were fantastic and the facials were other worldly. We left feeling totally pampered. We will absolutely return!

First appointment was for a massage. I showed up 20 min. early as per required. My massage did not start until 20min after the booked appointment time. The massage therapist lost track of time so only my back got massaged, my face received a 5 min lotion application on top of my makeup. Management was kind and handled this very professionally.
Second appointment was for two 45min. facials for my husband and I. The appointment started on time, however we laid there for 1.5hrs. I'm not sure if they thought they were doing us a favour by doubling our appointment time, but it was extremely uncomfortable

I highly recommend the Wellness Spa. Julie T. is THE Best! She is passionate about wellness, intuitive, knowledgeable and always goes above & beyond to soothe your aches and pains while providing you with an exceptional experience. The Relaxation Massage is my go-to and I always leave relaxed, renewed and pain/headache-free. Thank you so much for your stellar service, all the time!

Went in for a pedicure. Left after 30 mins as the lady cut the skin off the entire bottom of my big toe and it wouldn’t stop bleeding. I don’t recommend this place.

Went for a pedicure about 6 months ago from Ashley. She was very awkward. I also didn't like the fact that didn't have a traditional foot sink and seat, it was just a bowl of water on the floor with an office chair. She did an ok job, but it was so painfully awkward. Will try again, but with someone different
