Advantage Machining is a custom machine shop that will handle your large and small quantity projects. Our company specializes in general machining and CNC, custom machine building and CNC turning up to 4" through bore and 80" between centres. Established in 2002, Advantage Machining is proud to offer our clients the highest quality in parts production right out of our family-owned and operated machine shop in Hamilton, Ontario.

Here at Advantage Machining, we work closely with our customers to design, engineer, and manufacture specialized tools for unique applications. Our team of industrial design specialists are always willing to fulfill our customer's requests in a timely manner. While our specialists are capable of designing, we will generally work with our client's design team in order to meet their needs.
CNC Machining (Computer Numerical Control) is the automation of machine tools by computers which execute pre-programmed sequences of machine-control commands. Popular in the manufacturing sector, stock pieces of material are transformed through removal processed aided by computer programs CAD and CAM (computer-aided design and computer aided machining).
Advantage Machining specializes Custom CNC Machining Services and manufacturing custom parts to our customers' specifications from either a drawing or sample part. The custom parts we manufacture can be simple or complex, and can also be manufactured in small or larger quantities from a full range of metal or plastic materials.

Been working with Advantage Machining for the past 3 years, the individuals that I deal with have always been pleasant and accommodating. I do my best to respect their lead times, which are very reasonable, however, on my latest order I asked them to rush it as I made as error on my inventory count. That being said, they quickly addressed my issue and we’re able to deliver even quicker than expected. Much appreciated
