Services
Not have had a driver's license under suspension at any time within the preceding 12 months as a result of being convicted of certain driving related and Criminal Code of Canada offenses. Applicants can apply for a CRJM Check at their local police service or through an authorized criminal record check provider.
With the D license, you can able to drive vehicles such as Straight Truck, Dump Truck, Cement Truck, Garbage Truck, Rescue and Fire Truck. This Program is a Vocational Program & approved under the Private Career Colleges Act, 2005. With the DZ license you can able to drive vehicles such as Straight Truck, Dump Truck, Cement Truck, Garbage Truck, Rescue and Fire Truck.
Friendly Truck Driving School (FTDS) is a Private Career College registered under Private Career College Act, 2005. This allows our students the opportunity to apply or borrow from different funding agencies. If you ever become injured or fall ill due to your job, WSIB will be able to give you the care and support you're entitled to under Ontario's workplace safety and insurance system.

Friendly truck driving school was great with me walked me through everything I needed to know for my test and made sure that I was confident enough before my test date. From the office staff to the instructors everybody was a huge help and very nice people in getting me my DZ license. Would definitely recommend this truck training school to everyone going for a commercial license!

I learned so many things about trucks and how to properly drive them. The instructors are very friendly and helpful and my instructors were Das, Ragulan and Theepa. They taught me really well and and I was able to get my license. If you are wanting to get a truck license, I recommend you to go to Friendly Truck Driving School!

I chose Friendly upon exploring four truck driving schools in GTA, including a public college, and haven’t felt the slightest disappointment. The instructors tried to customize my training, allotting practice time based on my weaknesses and progress. As a result, I felt confident on my 90-degree backing well before the road test, which I passed at the first attempt last week.
The school emphasizes less on strict step-by-step approaches (e.g., where/when to turn wheel how much) and more on an every-situation-is-unique principle, which better prepares trainees for all occasions. Working with instructors

There are many truck driving schools in the GTA but after doing my research diligently I have landed at the Friendly Truck Driving School in Scarborough to get my AZ driving license. It was a great experience and an awesome journey going through the MELT program and in the end getting my license.
Of course, you can find different kind of things that could differentiate this school over other schools but what I found to be a building block of this school is their focus on the student success and their commitment to professionalism.

I highly recommend friendly truck driving school, I got my license today and that’s solely because of the hard work of the management. I’d like to thank THIVA sir for his great road lessons. Rakulan sir for his well detailed inspection and backup teaching and Dhas sir for always passing his experiences and taking Care of every student individually in every aspect of the test.

Friendly, professional & experienced staff that helped me tremendously to successfully gain my A-Z licensing. From the classes conducted by Thas Anna, and all the support from office staff, along with the help and guidance from Chanthiran Anna & Thiva this place is the best in the industry when it comes to obtaining truck licence. Especially… during Covid-19 restrictions, they handled the situation very well following all guidelines and successfully helped many students. Five stars and a small column is not enough to elucidate the gratitude and appreciation I have for Friendly Truck Driving School. This is a school that checked all the right boxes to make me into a professional truck driver.
One on One training always (no grouping during training except for pre-trip inspection). Extra classes and special… attention (in case you believe you are a slow student). Structured classroom, inspection, back-up and on road time. Training to back up into tight spaces and offset parking. Perfect scheduling and timely training
