My mom is visiting from out of town and her glasses broke. I read an earlier review commenting on how good the service was and figured we'd better go down and check them out. No kidding, my mom had her lenses in a new pair of frames in under 15 minutes. The gentleman that served us has mastered customer service. Incredible experience. We were commenting afterwards that she'd fly in to Terrace when she needs new glasses.
