Services
CAC can offer the most competitive steel rebate offering in the local market because it has built-in advantages that are unusual in our industry. CAC has a longstanding, direct export customers; only 1/3 of its active trading market is served with existing metal supply. Reliance on small buyers. CAC is able to ship to smaller customers not served by bulk exporters.
Company founder Hong Yang began his metal trading career at the age of 9, collecting and recycling metal shell casings during a period of conflict in his native China. After studying metallurgy and pursuing careers in academia and heavy industry in Tianjin, Hong began to ship scrap metal from the US and Canada across the Pacific.
CAC's priority is client satisfaction. CAC policy is to remove materials such that the source site is development-ready with minimal ground disturbance. CAC's site cleaning services includes demolition and transportation of any waste materials in order to return the site to a debris-free state.
CAC provides a scrap metal rebate for any ferrous and non-ferrous scrap on site as well as asset recovery services through our network of industrial buyers.CAC does not do soil remediation. CAC is actively qualified under the Alberta Certificate of Recognition (COR safety) and RIOS (Recycling Industry Operating Standards).

CAC ships its products directly from our yards to East, Southeast, and South Asia by container. CAC enjoys "always-available" status with major container shipping lines, and is able to arrange letters of credit and customs compliance at ports in Prince Rupert and Vancouver. CAC will consider local sales.
CAC scrap metal and plastics are generally shipped by container to East, Southeast and South Asia - anywhere on the Pacific Rim. With its own yards, CAC is a direct shipping company - CAC often bypasses international brokers, and can offer the best prices to end customers. CAC will, on occasion, perform the exporting/shipping role for domestic Canadian scrapyards.

I find it hilarious too that only people giving one star were ex-employees that were let-go for causing the problems that they companied about here. The new team here is constantly seeking opportunities for improvement. Prices are good, place is spacious, staff are friendly and positive, and business hours is conveiently 7 to 7.
