Started with a small fleet as a light-duty towing service during the 80's. Classic Towing & Storage has now evolved into one of the leading towing and storage companies in Ontario, Canada, offering high-end services to thousands of happy clients.
In the beginning, our company started with only a few small trucks but after almost three decades of hard work, we now own more than 150 storage and tow trucks that include state-of-the-art heavy-duty trucks, flatbeds and all other weight classifications and designs.

Classic Towing & Storage provides reliable light, medium, & heavy duty towing 24 hours a day and 7 days a week across all Southern Ontario. With over 150 active personnel & fleet, we have the capability of assisting with any type of towing or recovery needs. We are also under contract with several police districts.
Classic Towing was kind enough to attend the Drive past for laim charity off-road event from Orillia Off-Road Recovery. We really appreciated you guys coming out to show Laim your support. I have not had the pleasure in meeting any of the guys from Classic Towing but my family has had the pressure of knowing how compassionate and outstanding they are.

Critical: Professionalism
I called a day in advance to book a tow truck for 0900 to take my disabled car to the shop. On the morning of, I called at 0945 to find out how much longer it would be and was told that late afternoon would be the earliest. I then called Central Towing and had a tow truck here within the hour.

In having to deal with an extremely emotional and stressful situation, I was relieved the women working behind the desk were so kind and helpful. They tried to make the experience as easy and stress-free as possible and I really appreciate that, especially post-blizzard and all the stressors that come along with that.

Car got scratched at their lot, rudely blamed me for the scratch then changed stories and said it was an old scratch. Good thing cop that impounded my car took pictures before the impound and so did I, as soon as it arrived at the lot. Told me they were going to check their surveillance and made me wait 2months just to tell me that their angle couldn't take a good look.
Then waited almost another month for them to say we cannot prove that it happened in their lot and that my pictures were not clear. You can zoom into the picture and clearly see they were no scratches.
Now I am stuck with $1200

I am not sure which corrupt city of Toronto politicians or bureaucrats have allowed Classic Towing to charge up to 50% more than the other towing companies in the city for towing cars that have committed parking violations, but these bureaucrats have allowed the towing company to rob their citizens blind .(I would not be surprised if some of these monies are lining up the pockets of the politicians and bureaucrats). I was shopping when I went back to my car I had a dead battery and flat tire. I called Toyoto roadside assistance, they sent B11- Dan to help me. This was a stressful situation for me. Dan was excellent he took my stress away. Very polite and knowledgeable. He had me on the road in no time. Also,made sure I made it home, before leaving the area. Maureen

The best service I’ve ever received from a towing company. Even though the office was shortly closing, Carl and Maryann took on helping out my situation and making sure everything was done properly. They were very kind and had no problem with staying after hours to help. Carl and Maryann made everything easy and less stressful and provided hands down THE BEST SERVICE. I highly recommend!

...not so classic for Classic Towing...unless you want your higher end vehicle (Porsche nose dives are not recommended) handed like this. Will probably see a whole bunch of - we tried to work with you support after this review....but the e mail support I have is - lets say - not supportive - my car suffered damage due to their driver assigned; not knowing what he was doing. My car is damaged, and they are unresponsive to proper repair, video anything this company touches for your own best interest, or best yet - have another company handle your vehicle with professionalism and knowledge to their
