Established in 1991 as a small commercial maintenance and masonry restoration business, Coastal Restoration & Masonry Ltd. has since grown into a reputable firm dealing with various large-scale building restoration projects. Coastal is also WETT certified. Our employees are required to have the appropriate safety certifications, including but not limited to; WHIMS, OHS, First Aid, Fall Arrest/Protection, and Confined Space.

CRM offers a wide variety of building exterior cleaning services, including chemical cleaning, media abrasive cleaning, and micro abrasive cleaning. When cleaning a heritage or historic building, knowledge and experience of the appropriate materials and methods is key to restoring your building's faade to its original beauty.
Our stone fabrication and installation services are focused on providing the highest standard of quality and precision in each project. CRM's fully equipped fabrication shop has all tools required to complete a job efficiently. Our stone masons have individual work stations and a 5 axis CNC CAA saw (with water recycling unit) at their disposal.
Many exterior building restoration jobs include repair or rebuilding of chimneys. Along with stone or brick restoration we can install stainless steel chimney liners to protect your building for the future.
