I purchased a 2003 ezgo cart from Tom in 2018, what a seamless process that was.
Two years later I needed a part, did some youtube research and came up with it being a speed sensor. I called in, had the part put on order and had my wife pick it up.
Excited to install it, and I looked at the part and it wasn't what I thought I was getting, the invoice clearly said no refunds on electrical parts, I called and Tom came on the phone, i told him the issue and said I think it's the wrong part, I said i read the no return policy, and said what can we do? Tom didn't skip a beat, and said " we'll return
