We had engineered hardwood and vinyl flooring installed by Impression Floors. Gary was great to deal with and was very accommodating when we ran into an unforeseen issue on our end and had to delay the flooring install in one bedroom. A few months later and we had the install completed as well as vinyl flooring in our main bathroom installed. Gary's installers were professional and efficient and answered any question my wife and I had. When it comes time to do our kitchen we're definitely going back to see Gary at Impression Floors.

Impression floors installed 1300 s.f. of hardwood, 900 sf vinyl and 2500 sf of carpet in our new home. Outstanding service and advice is an understatement. We changed our minds on the hardwood a couple times and Gary and Patrice came back with more ideas even after we had chosen. Accurate, great selection and superior knowledge makes them one of the top choices in the Okanagan.

I went in to the store with the expectation to match my floor on the right. Taylor explained my style of Floor was no longer available and suggested a couple other stores I could check as well. He suggested I go with the carpet on the left which was a great alternate choice. I had it installed today and I am very pleased. The installation was quick and the staff was all great to work with. I highly recommend.

I would 100% recommend Impression Floors to anyone looking at a new build, or a home renovation. Garry and Patrice took the time to do an in-person estimate on Canada Day (one of their few days off) and were kind enough to bring samples of what they thought I was looking for based on a phone conversation where Patrice took the time to uncover my needs, styles and desired colors.
Dave and Jack, the Installers, were on-time (!), polite and did an incredible job with the install. Jack even took the time to call me and explain a solution to a problem they had found and get my input on whether that

Our new floors are installed and we are extremely happy. Patrice and Garry have been wonderful to work with and very attentive to the job. The installers were the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet and Taylor did an excellent job of the finishing touches. All the trades that were needed for the job came in on time and we were really not inconvenienced at all. We really appreciate your service and feel we have made new friends!
