I'm looking for a new truck to replace our old 2006, went in to talk with what I believe are the owners, I asked a few questions about 3 trucks I'm interested in, was met with zero friendliness, abrupt answers, didn't introduce himself, didn't offer to show me anything. I am a 31 year old man and I have a business I've started that I need a truck for and I felt like I was being pushed out as quickly as he could manage. I was seriously considering buying one of the trucks as it met my needs perfectly, but I will sooner spend more money somewhere that thinks I'm worth their time.

We purchased a 2011 F-250 in 2014 & still today truck is running great & in great shape though we put 148,000k on truck. Thankyou Dan who took lots of time to help & John who showed us his antique car. We'll definitely check Festival City Motors again before a dealer on our next used vehicle purchase. We couldn't argue with the price at that time either. Thankyou!
