With renewed Insurer interest in contents restoration, adjusters are looking to partner with restorers who can provide higher levels of service. The unique ultrasonic cleaning process of our Fireline system now allows us to clean and process specialty items, such as electronics, in-house as opposed to having to outsource it.

Absolutely atrocious. Communication was unprofessional. The amount of times I asked for a quote to know how much the restoration would cost me and how they kept dodging giving the amount. (I spoke to multiple claims adjustors/lawyers afterwards AND THEY ALL SAID IT IS A BIG NO THAT THEY DID NOT DISCLOSE TO ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AT THE BEGINNING OF THE INSPECTION). They did not speak to us through out the process if we would like certain items cleaned or added to non salvageable. Not to mention the first list of non-salvageables that was given to us, half of our items weren't even on the list

Restoration after a disaster situation can become extremely stressful. I know the group at Foley's are adept at smoothing the process and getting you back to where you were before the occurrence. This is not an easy task. Foley Restoration is the one in the middle of the insured and the insurer. They become the mediator of the 'demand and supply' issues involved in insurance claims. I highly recommend this group.

Within hours of our call after our basement was flooded by the 100 year storm, John Andrews was at our door ready to help us out. A thorough walk through was conducted and some immediate recommendations were suggested. John kept us calm and informed. Within an hour his team arrived and started the clean up process. By end of day the water was… gone along with all of our carpet and under-pad, furniture was up off the floor and dryers and dehumidifiers were set up. John kept us informed each day and there after as required. It is comforting to know that Foleys restoration was there for us
