Excellent and knowledgeable hosts. Pipers cottage equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Also provided suggestions for which wineries had tours and had discounts. For guys the craft… breweries we fabulous that was suggested by the hosts. We were aware of all fees and they were reasonable. Will definitely stay here again.

Provide full refund for people that need to cancel due to COVID 19. We had to cancel 2 separate vacations due to COVID 19. One owner, in a different country absolutely provided a full refund. Niagara Holiday Rentals which manages a property we booked thru VRBO stuck to their cancellation policy. It's a good thing we were still 35 days out so we get most of our money back. We're all being hit hard, keeping part of the deposit during this time is truly despicable.

We had a fabulous family vacation in Misty Meadows. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood and was perfect for me, my husband, daughter and son-in-law and our two grandchildren. The kitchen and house were stocked with many pots and pans, plates, flatware, glassware, paper towels, dishwasher pods, plastic containers, toilet paper, lovely hand soap, etc. The washer and dryer definitely came in handy for two kids. The patio is beautiful and we saw lovely sunsets every night. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was great.

Janet and Eric our property Managers for 5 years have always provided excellent professionalism and highest levels of customer service to our guests. We trust and value their expertise in the property management business where matching the needs of guests to the properties available must also take into account neighbours and cottage owners. Our family organized a weekend at the Peaks on Gate property for a special birthday celebration. We had a grand time and our accommodation was even more than we expected and in a grat location. Our group of seven booked Govenor's Walk through Niagara Holiday Rentals for the weekend of October 1-4, 2015. From start to finish it was a perfect experience. Janet and Debbie made every step from my first inquiry to my last check-out email an easy process. The four bedroom house was lovely, clean and so comfortable, we felt we were at home. Janet helped us with winery and restaurant suggestions. Caroline's Winery for lunch was great - the food was excellent, the atmosphere was cozy and the staff friendly. Our home, Anne Street Cottage in Niagara on the Lake, Ontario is our favorite place to vacation. It's centrally located to the world class Shaw Festival, downtown shopping district, historic sites, many fine restaurants and just a short drive to Niagara Falls.
