Peak serviced a recall back in August of 2019.
They were asked to check the valves and do full oil changes for an extra cost of 300 dollars. Trusting that they did the job properly the bike was ridden a time or two before winter and then put away. Now come spring getting the bike freshened up for a new season I discover that they WAY overfilled the engine oil side of the motor...over 2 inches past the hash marks on the dipstick and all the way to the bottom of the threads on the fill cap....when called on it, they got upset, in no way apologized, or even suggested they'd look into it, or monitor

2nd Try. There won't be a '3rd time a charm' Wanted to stay local. After purchasing a Rhino there, the follow up support was awful, indifferent at best. This past week I was in the market for a Honda Generator. Would the desk staff help? Nope. How hard is it to offer customer service? Learn your product. Get out from behind your computer screen, get off your chair and try cracking a smile. After waiting long enough to finally ask ( I am very patient ), 'Does anyone want to sell me a generator?' Off she goes to find Jay. Nope. 'I dont know where he is.' Jay greeted the Gentleman that came in right
