Risposta Bistro offers authentic Italian Food with a Mediterranean flavour prepared in the old fashioned way, as has been done in our hometown in Italy since the late 1800s. We are here to please our customers and will prepare such meals as succulent veal chops, veal scaloppini, steak, seafood, grilled eggplant with mushrooms, red peppers and zucchini.
Choice of Meatball, Sausage, Chicken or Ham, Mortadella Salami and Provolone on a French Stick topped with mounds of Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions and Italian Dressing. They have a big area with many gazebos, beautiful covered patio along with indoor dining.
This place is about Farm to Table experience where most of the ingredients are from their own garden or local farms. Thus they could offer a Blackboard Menu that keeps on changing every week.
Had some unique drinks and food from the visit:
Mixed Berry Mojito
Smoky Whisky
Whole Sea-bass herb stuff with seasonal vegetables and duck fat potato
Herb dusted Provimi

I went here with my partner on Friday evening and the service was phenomenal. I usually don't post reviews, but the service from Patrick and
food presentation from the kitchen staff was amazing. We had a great variety of food (calamari, bruschetta, t-bone steak) and learned a lot of it is local. Everything was well-cooked and seasoned.
We are now thinking of hosting our engagement party here if we can. Would definitely recommend!

Staff were super welcoming. Food was fresh, flavourful and local. Beautiful venue and the outdoor dining area is well done. Music was so me, I was convinced it was my playlist, Latino music!!! The vibe at Risposta Bistro is great and I highly recommend.

This is a hidden Gem in Campberville, just west of milton close to the 401. Fairly easy to reach from KW, hamilton, or the western GTA. The pizza is ok but I would recommend going for one of the other main dishes. The burrata was fabulous. The gnocchi in a creamy mushroom sauce was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Most of their ingredients are from their own garden or local farms. Therefore they always rotate dishes and the menu changes fairly regularly. Pasta is made in house. Their patio is very nice and covered in case it rains.

We went for the first time last Saturday for my birthday, not only was the food amazing but staff were super welcoming to us really made the day special. The music was soooo me I was convinced it was my playlist 🤣 Urbano Latino! You guys know what’s up!! The vibe was great highly recommend. Thanks again!

The menu is ever changing and so unique! We have absolutely loved every single dish. The staff and service is top notch, and you are made to feel welcome and appreciated. This is our favourite date night spot but we can’t wait to bring the kids for pizza and also they have a playground! Bonus! Great job Risposta, keep it up!

Myself and 2 buddies from Toronto stopped in for dinner after golf. From there it went downhill. We all ordered 3 Bloody Mary's and the charcuterie board. The charcuterie board was finished well before our drinks arrived. And then my drink had a long black hair stuck on the seasoned rim. I had to wait another 15 minutes for the replacement. I must say that the charcuterie board is about half the size as last year for $36. We ordered a bottle of wine with our entree but the entree came out first and we had to ask for the wine again with everyone half finished their meal. Nothing

Pat and his team have managed to capture fine dining with a casual atmosphere perfectly. My fiancé and I have been waiting to attend post travel restrictions and we were not disappointed. Food was fresh, flavourful and local, drinks equally delicious, pared well, and prepared quickly. Risposta has a great venue and the outdoor dining area is very well done. We ended up staying here for several hours chatting with staff and exploring the property where they have a chicken coop, greenhouse, and unique displays on front lawn. It’s nice to see and know exactly where your meal is coming from!

We visited Riposta Bistro last Saturday and we were amazed by the food, service and friendly staff. We really enjoyed the outdoor seating. When we told them that we are vegetarian, they assured us that they have plenty of vegetarian options and can customize dishes too. Food and Tiramisu were excellent. Will definitely go again.

One of the best spaghetti Bolognese I've ever head. Super chunky and not runny and saucy at all. The Caesar salad was delicious and my friend had the calamari and said it was great. Cute little restaurant, the staff was absolutely wonderful. The tiramisu was the only thing I would say was just ok, it was 12 dollars for a small portion and that just seems widly expensive to me. Would happily come back!

Went here for my post wedding dinner, and was BLOWN AWAY!...as was everyone else we were with.
This pretty little bistro packs tons of character and elegance. We were greeted and served right away. Our server answered every question we had and definitely knew the menu inside and out. I have just finished planning an event with Patrick, the Manager at Riposta.
I have a very large family and event planning at many venues has not always gone smoothly. From day one Patrick has been personable, professional, on point and completely understanding of my needs and wants. He made sure all details were discussed, and handled to satisfaction. This has truthfully been the best experience I have had in event planning and has left me completely assured that my daughters communion celebration will be a wonderful day and absolute success. Ordered pizza, pasta, and dessert. Everything was so-so and overpriced. Pizza was bland, the pasta was meh. Was so excited to try their Creme Brulee for dessert but I got really disappointed because there was no torched sugar on top and it came in a teeny tiny serving. I was looking forward to cracking the crunchy sugar crust with my spoon but it just was not there. I was robbed of that joy Might as well put Creme on the menu, not Creme Brulee. Presentation was good, though. Not coming back except if it were a lunch or dinner treat.

Really nice random find after my friends and I went to the nearby lavender farm. We all had pasta. I had the special of the day with seafood, and it was great. Portions were generous and ingredients were really fresh. Everyone loved the food. Service was super accommodating and just really nice to talk to. They grow some of their ingredients in their yard and utilize a lot of the nearby farms. They also mentioned dinner was really different from lunch as they offer tasting menus and I'll be happy to make the trip just to try. Really loved it here.

Live 15 minutes away in Milton and discovered Risposta Bistro totally by accident. My wife and I booked and drove over there with no expectations and were totally surprised. Put this restaurant in Oakville and you would have to book weeks in advance. The waitress service was good, and the Manager Patrick Beatty was attentive and very pleasant. I like and ordered 'crostini with mushrooms' and what made this dish excellent was the crostini (I have read Sharon T's review). It was perfect. A delightful addition to country dining in Campbellville (near Milton just off Highway 401 - Guelph Line exit). Courteous service, reasonably priced wine and excellent range of dishes to choose from. My Gnocchi Gorgonzola probably the best ever...my companions Linguine Pescatore and Atlantic Lobster Pappardelle were well received. Pizza for the kids looked good with choice of toppings. It took about 45 minutes for our dishes to arrive but the kitchen had just opened so will see what happens on a future visit. Will try non-pasta dishes next time. Opened about a year ago, discovered it by chance
