Anita and Superblinds went above and beyond to help me deal with a blind repair. They took the issue on as if it was thier own (which it wasn't), provided amazing customer service, and were able to save me a substantial amount of money in the process. I will definately return to them for future needs and I highly recommend them to others.

Recently I built my forever home. Acting as the general contractor, dealt with probably 30 different contractors. Some did what they were supposed to do, some had to be pushed and watched to do what they were supposed to do, and 2 of them went above and beyond, Lisa was definitely one of two. She not only did what she was supposed to do but she also removed a lot of pressure off my shoulders.

Lisa and the entire team at Superblinds was amazing to deal with! Through Covid I was sent quotes and given a walkthrough of the different options all through a video call. Then after we narrowed it down, Lisa helped us pick a colour based on the rest of the style of our home. The blinds came in earlier then expected and install was very easy and they accommodated my work schedule perfectly! I would definitely recommend and will be back!

Lisa and the other staff at Superblinds & Draperies were wonderful to deal with. We purchased two sets of draperies and Lisa helped to select fabrics that coordinated with our existing decor during an 'in home' consultation. She was very responsive, professional, and has a great eye. Our drapes were ready in the time promised and the installation was amazing (despite the irregularity in our ceiling height). I heartily recommend Superblinds to anybody looking for a high quality product and excellent customer service.
