I started my carpentry career 16 years ago building fences with a friend. It was supposed to be a summer job and then back to university, but I loved the ability to look back at a days work and see what I had put together. It grew into a passion and I began my apprenticeship shortly after that summer job.
During the course of my career, I moved to a few different companies and was able to work with some extremely talented carpenters who made my dream of owning a construction seem not so far fetched. I've learned a lot from a lot of great people and wouldn't be where I am without them. I'm proud of Technique and proud of the work we do.

We had Technique in to replace a loadbearing wall with a recessed beam. Kevin was timely in his response and scheduled us in quickly. Him and Launa went above and beyond for assistance with submitting and understanding the permit process with the city. All the staff members were friendly, efficient, and professional. The work quality is excellent! We will be using Technique again for future renovations!

Kevin and his team at Technique Construction are godsent! Every tradesman (drywaller, tiler, plumber, glass shower enclosure installers, journeyman and painter) showed on time and on schedule, and did an excellent job! I am super detail oriented and often disappointed with job ethics and quality in Regina, but the Technique Construction team's performance was totally worth the expense! They came highly recommended, stepped in (after I was let down by another company), and fitted me into their already super busy schedule. After months of frustration and staring at the holes left after our old showers

Ryan, Kevin and their team did an outstanding job! We did a full main floor renovation of our mid century modern bungalow recently and they kept the job moving and where able to keep to the tight timeline we had given. Their crew was very meticulous and made sure everything was done to perfection. We love our forever home.

Kevin and his team are very professional and took excellent care by protecting the flooring and appliances while they performed the insurance job for us. Communication skills were excellent when working with the Condo Board, our tenant, and ourselves. This day and age it is hard to find people that actually take pride in what they do. That being said, Kevin and his crew at Technique Construction Definitely DO take their work to the personal level and it shows in their workmanship. We have been back in our beautifully renovated home for 6 months now and are thankful everyday for the decision to have Technique 'rebuild' our house. Kevin and Ryan met with us on many occasions to plan, explain, budget, design, explain again, all the details. They were super patient and helpful in guiding us through the process. We were… impressed with how hard-working and diligent the whole Technique crew were. We had numerous comments from our neighbours on Technique's speed, diligence and care as they demolitioned our house and put it back together. There was clean-up going on continually
