Dr. Conway is so compassionate. My health has been declining over the past few months and on one particular visit Dr. Conway spent a lot of time talking to me. We came up with a treatment plan, and I've been feeling much better over the past month. I would highly recommend Dr. Conway; he is so knowledgeable and caring.

Clinic does a basic overview of your symptoms , then gets you to take some very high priced tests....consultation was vague at best. No follow up and really no direction to start your healing. I ended up going to another naturopath who was thorough, knowledgeable and gave me many recommendations for treatments that did not pad her pocketbook and no tests besides blood work through my doctor.

I appreciate the clinics efforts at making me feel safe. I have come in several times needing to see the staff and I am always welcomed with kindness and asked how I am doing. In the midst of this pandemic and all of its uncertainty, they have high standards of health and safety, are attentive to my health concerns and health needs, and always have smiling eyes.

As someone who has dealt with anxiety since I was young, I am very impressed with how the staff and doctors have been so helpful and accommodating. Dr. Conway and the staff have not only helped significantly improve my overall stress and anxiety, they have also been extremely accommodating. For example, Dr. Conway gives me a bell to ring him during acupuncture just in case I felt overwhelmed or anxious. Little things like things go above and beyond normal care and make a New Leaf an exceptional clinic.

DR Conway is fantastic. I saw regular doctors for years trying to solve several symptoms. I had bone marrow tests, loads of prescriptions, saw specialist after specialist, blood test after blood test. Not one thing they ever did helped at all. I saw DR Conway 1 time and he had a pretty good idea of what my issue was. He ran 1 test, that confirmed it and he started treatment. 6 months later and a few follow ups I feel better than I have since I was a kid and keep improving. I forgot what it was like to feel normal. I highly recommend him, he has genuinely changed my life!

Unfortunately not a very good experience. We were clearly not listened to. When my sister went back for follow up for her hormone problems and explained that her symptoms were worse, Alison said " Oh, we treated you for the wrong thing". She did not even check my sisters record. No apology, no admitting that she made a mistake. She simply said " We will change the doses". My sister was in her office for no more than 6 minutes tops and was still charged for the new doses and the $85 fee.
