My experience here was great. They definitely went above and beyond. Couldn’t find anywhere that had the size I needed that weren’t awful feeling and looking. I was able to find bras that actually fit (and adjusted ones to make them fit better) and looked and felt great. Definitely coming back when I need new ones.

It seems my experience was very different from any others. The sales associate was very pleasant and approached me fairly quickly. I explained that I was looking for a comfortable fit in a bra both in the cup and in the adjustable band. She tried different brands and styles but was unable to find one that fit. She kept looking but was showing signs of discomfort as her performance was being watched. The owner then stepped in and made a couple of suggestions. which were not successful. She, owner, even tried to convince me a bra fit that did not. She then became quite irritated with me as though

Starting with warm greetings, making sure you look outstanding in what you purchase, arranging the alterations for the perfect fit and ordering lingerie to fit and flatter when you don't fit the normal size.
I look forward to my stops into the shops because I always leave feeling like a Million Dollars.
Oh and you know everyone is going to ask where you got your outfit or shoes because They carry beautiful and well made lines of clothes, lingerie and shoes.
We won't get started on the complimentary jewelry and purses

I love this store. The clothing, accessories and footwear are high-quality and the service is second to none. They are knowledgeable about the brands they carry and are always helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. It is no wonder they have such a loyal clientele who want to support their business. I still wear and love every piece I have bought from the Angelis ladies over the many years I have been shopping there. It is a rare occasion that I leave the store without something fabulous to add to my wardrobe.

This is one of my favorite stores to shop at and visit in Kingston! The personal service that I receive everytime I walk in the door is outstanding. House of Angelis is always my favourite shopping experience, with great selection, personal service and fashion guidance that is second to none. I recently had an issue with a beautiful evening gown I had bought there and with a simple phone call, Maria (once again) went above and beyond to have it repaired and returned to me - in three days! This… included shipping to and from Saskatchewan! The Angelis ladies have it all... style, professionalism and huge personalities that make you feel like family. I have lived in many cities across the country and this is by far my favourite shop. The clothes, footwear, lingerie and accessories are beautiful and the personalized service is without comparison.
