This Faris team is a total scam . They often list a home and put on the sign coming soon .Then the day it is put on the open Market my agent called and was told the house was sold .
We had a firm offer with no conditions at all and closing when ever the vendor wanted our agent found out that this so called professional team are crooks and they do this ALL the time we were told .We also found out the house sold for almost 100K less then what we had on a offer for the vendor . How crocked is that . This is pretty bad stuff .
I have spoken to a couple of other agents here in Orillia and apparently

Great service and advice! Thomas defiantly knew the market in my area and sold my house for my full asking price in less then a month. He and his team of experts were professional, honest and always available to answer any of my questions.
He showed character and integrity with his presentation and strong negotiation skills. I felt at ease after hireling him and I just knew I had the right people working for me. Everything from the home evaluation to the sold sign going up went as scheduled with very little or no distribution to our daily lives.
