Once your renovation is complete, Simple Solutions makes it easy to dispose of unwanted items or junk. It has been a pleasure working with Brian and his team at Simple Solutions to interlock our new driveway and walkway. It was a long process as we had to wait for the city to approve our tree removal permit, but Brian was very accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process.

We are extremely pleased with Brian and his team's work with our sod installation. They were dedicated to providing nothing but premium service from start to finish. When he first visited to give us a quote, Brian took the time to educate us on why our lawn was in such bad shape. We could tell he was passionate about his work because he made some recommendations for additional services (outside of his own) that would ensure our new sod would last even longer. Simple Solutions are an awesome company. They removed a huge, I mean huge pile of dirt from my backyard and also installed a privacy fence. Brian is an honest, friendly and professional guy who works super efficient and does a fantastic job. The fence he built is beautiful and exactly how we wanted it. We are definitely going to use them again. I would highly recommend them to do any project that you need. Thanks Brian and Lewis...you guys rock!

Brian and his team have done an amazing job at Dad's home. Dad has said his lawn and gardens have never looked this good. They are always on time, neat, professional and the quality of their workmanship is fantastic whether it is for Spring clean up, summer lawn maintenance or winter snow removal. I highly recommend Brian and his team. I look forward to having them back at the house again this year.

Brian did a great job and is really fair when it comes to outside factors affecting the lawn. Had him for winter snow removal and was able to work around the tight spaces in front of the garage. Very professional and literally finds a simple solution on site and administrative. Will hire again.

It has been a pleasure working with Brian and his team at Simple Solutions to interlock our new driveway and walkway. It was a long process as we had to wait for the city to approve our tree removal permit, but Brian was very accommodating and understanding throughout the entire process. Brian and Magnus were very easy to work with and listened our ideas and concerns. Brian sold us with his attention to detail and quality, which included the promise to dig 12" to 16" down and re-compacting to ensure a level and stable driveway for years to come (most contractors dig only 6" to 8" down).
