Our rich heritage is a source of great pride for us. It's a story that goes back to 1902, when furniture making was shifting from local cabinet makers to larger scale production to keep up with the growth of America. HORRIBLE quality for the price. I purchased a sectional and chase lounge less than 6 months ago. The backs are so distorted and offer no support or shape. The bottom cushions sag and can feel the underlying wood support. I have existing back problems, which is why I purchased what I thought would be a good quality couch. It made my back worse. I can’t afford to replace it, and Bassett refuses to do anything about it. It has a “warranty”, but the legal team is smart. I’ll give them that. The clause added for wear and tear disqualify any correction to poor craftsmanship. I know over time
