Any driver's license with certain restrictions may be declined, depending on the restriction. If vehicle is not returned with the same level of gas, a $25.00 administration fee will apply. Cash deposits are not accepted; a valid pre-authorization must be taken from the credit card being put down on file.

I recently rented a car from this company. There were 3 main issues
1 - Pick up and car cleanliness: Car was dirty from the inside. When I was offered a new car, I asked how long and they said 30+ minutes. I had just caught a red eye and wanted to sleep so I decided to not wait
2- Extending the rental: I needed to extend the rental by 1 day and they ended up charging me $50+ when my daily rate was $13. At the time of check in the man told me it would be no problem and to just call. When I did call, a different employee answered and when I asked for the manager they said sorry nothing will change

I recently had to get a rental last minute. I called around and got some quotes and found city car rental to be reasonably priced. It was an efficient and smooth check in. Harman was super nice and I ended up with a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Price efficient, good customer service and a new car with low mileage, it was a win-win for me. I’ll deff be using them in the future if I need a rental. Thank you!

Awesome place to rent vehicles from at great prices! When we had some unexpected issues during a family trip to Ontario from BC these folks went well out of their way to help us out. Next time need a rental, City Car will be my first call. A special shout out to all the staff and manager! Incredible customer service!

Very happy with this service. It was very frustrating trying to find car rentals in Pearson Airport, but once we found Viscount Rd with the phone to the rental companies, we found this company. So glad we did! They were extremely fast at picking us up at the airport!! And upon return, they quickly shuttled us back to the airport. Some things I had wished were included in price were: additional driver (spouse) and unlimited km. But the customer service was unbeatable - very nice, professional, helpful, and FAST! AND everything felt very cleaned.
