I am so grateful I started my braces at this adult age with dr Fernandes. He and his staff are very knowledgeable.. I didn’t find any issue with my braces, they use high quality equipment .. I barely had use wax or break any wire or bracket.. it’s not even six months and my teeth are showing great fast progress.. every time I visit their clinic, I greet with great smile..They have a pleasant atmosphere and attentive service.. Dr Fernandes listens my smallest conversation and provide me insightful information.. he is the best doctor in Canada

My friend had referred me to Dr.Fernandes as her experience with this office was phenomenal and I shared the same experience. The staff, hygienists and the doctor are very pleasant and ensure that their patients are satisfied. They are very accommodating and puts their patients first in every aspect. The orthodontics treatment is for my son. He is undergoing treatment under Dr. Fernandes for the last one year. We are able to see the improvement with the treatment and his tooth gaps are decreasing. We are extremely satisfied with the type of COVID-19 protection protocols the office has been following. The staff members are extremely helpful and friendly. We have no problem in claiming the treatment bills with our medical insurance provider. We will highly recommend Fernandes Orthodontics to others.

Excellent experience, customer service was superb by all staff. Dr. Fernandes is super knowledgeable, kind and patience. He made my 7 year old feel very comfortable and the appointment fun for him. Amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Fernandes took time to explain everything to our daughter regarding her treatment each and every time she attended the clinic. The instructions to our daughter were clear, concise and the feedback regarding her treatment was very positive. Our daughter suffers from anxiety and she was always put at ease by everyone. As of yesterday the braces are off and the result is amazing. She always had a beautiful smile, but now it's STUNNING!

Excellent in every way! Very happy with results. Staff is extremely courteous and always willing to answer questions. Outstanding work at the front desk, keeps clients informed and very friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments. Dr. Fernandes himself gave special help to my child, assisting with a flossing technique, when asked a question about it. He is very involved in all aspects of care, so parents feel reassured and confident. I would give my highest recommendation to Fernandes Orthodontics. Saturday appointment on schedule also very helpful.

Before starting my treatment, I went to multiple orthodontists for consultation. Dr. Fernandes was the first one. I was impressed by the fact that he diagnosed the cause of my malocclusion right away and explained to me everything in detail. He was very clear about everything. All the staff are very nice and friendly. Excellent service overall. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
