These lights are self contained LED lights. Hurricane Harvey ravaged Houston and surrounding areas including my own city of Richmond Texas but in Gene Green Park where these lights were installed, the flood waters did NOT affect them at all since they require no underground wiring to supply them with electricity. The online video speaks for itself. Highly recommend this company and this product!
