I tried contacting the designers on several occasions over the course of a week for an urgent consultation regarding a house purchase and project with Hibou design. I was blocked every time by administrative assistants and secretaries from speaking with one of the designers. I left multiple messages with each designer and was never contacted. If this is how they treat new customers, I can only imagine how unresponsive and hard to reach they are once they’ve signed a contract. I would never recommend these designers to anyone.

We originally contacted Hibou design for our country home. We were going to change furniture and 1 bathroom. After meeting with Eugenia, we decided for a full gut renovation. Her vision is unbelievable. She understood our lifestyle and created a plan for something that blew our expectations. Working with Hibou design was the best first step my husband and I could make in realizing the renovations of our dreams. Eugenia was extremely innovative, knowledgeable and professional. Amazing team and service ! We've dealt with Eugenia from the beginning, while our house was being built and she has been involved in everything, from major layout plans, to tiny little details, no decision is made without consulting her. The whole team is kind, competent and efficient, and answer really quickly which is great. I have spoken about Hibou Design to everyone, we love dealing with them and will continue to do so !!
