Went there looking for gloves; was ignored by 2/3 employees working the desk then when I inquired about a specific product they had little to no information on them. If it wasn't for the gift card I had, I wouldn't have spent more than 5 minutes here. worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. the 3 employees that were there would rather sit on the counter and play on their phones than interact with customers.

I own a Honda Goldwing and was on vacation when I had serious rear tire problems. I googled and found Pro Cycle's phone number, explained I needed a certain tire. They did not have it in stock but the staff said they would search everywhere and if I could be at their shop first thing the next morning my worries will be resolved...
I did that and not only did they locate the new tire I needed but no extra cost for expedited shipping charges. I was back on the road within 2 hours of their shop opening and quickly back on the road vacationing! Thank you for going the extra mile, ProCycle ! Sincerely

Last summer a carb kit was done on my motorcycle, when I got it back it ran for about 20 miles before it stopped running on me as I was driving. They brought it back in and told me the battery was dead which doesn't explain why it died while driving or why my charger said the battery had a full charge. This summer my bike had to go back and needed some work but again after about 20 miles it ran into problems and is currently sitting in my garage and won't start. It's been in the shop three times and is still not running.

Very Rude encounter and incredible unprofessional lady served me today named Melissa! She had stated i needed a mask which was fine. I had forgotten it in the car. She snapped out. Get out of the store!! now. My friend was there and she gave me her mask and left even though i had just forgot mine in the car which i was turning to go get. I have bought many bikes brand new from Pro over the last 2 decades as has my family. As i shopped i look over and she did not have a mask on. she had a clear mouthpiece cover nothing. it was not being properly worn. I said well you dont even have a mask on. She

I can’t say enough good things about the folks at ProCycle. I have bought a few motorcycle apparel items from them, bought a few pumps and generators for work as well as had them serviced there, and bought a mower there myself. And everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely friendly, helpful and never pushy. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I have been shopping at Pro Cycle for years. Generally their customer service is pretty good. They're great at ordering stuff if they don't have stock. Only negative: sometimes you have to pointedly ask for help even when they're standing at the desk.
However I recently bought a new motorcycle from them (Rebel 1100 6sp). I knew what I wanted so the sales process was really basic. Still the process was made easy by Ashton and Geoff, who were great for answering my questions quickly. Didn't upsell in any annoying way. Their enthusiasm and excitement for me getting this bike felt genuine, which made

My husband and myself went in to purchase a rubicon 520, when we went inside Justin and Adam were very friendly, helpful and honest. They told us because of covid things were on order and could be awhile. Honesty was great to us rather then say it would be a few weeks. They were pretty much dead on with the time frame and we were willing to wait. Jeff in finance was extremely professional, also very versatile. The time frame that Justin gave us when the machine showed up at pro cycle for adding the accessories and pick up time was Precise. Over in apparel we purchased two helmets and two bluetooth

Train their service staff how to repair bikes and diagnose issues properly. I brought my 2006 Yamaha fz1 in for issue with not charging. After 6 months of bike being in their shop they come back with a super high bill like in the 3000 dollar range and it was the end of the season. Now I take the bike out of storage first time this year and bike is worse off then when I brought it in. Staff are friendly but it’s not much good if they can’t fix a bike

A review a long time coming!
I was on a road trip with a group of friends to Nova Scotia and needed a rear tire in order to get back home in time.
Lisa in the parts department was able to find me a tire and get it installed the same day! Does this fact mean that she will do it every time? Well I don't think so, but she did take great care of my riding group.
No less then 4 tires were installed.
A chain was installed.
There were riders outfitted with waterproof bags replacing their broken luggage.
Warm waiting room.
Hot coffee.
Great attitude and service from LISA.
