I never give such a low rating, but this experience with TFX has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Late and unreliable pickup. Damaged side mirror and they won’t agree that it’s their fault. I don’t recommend this firm to anyone. I hope experiences for others have been better.

I had JB show up to pick up my car and the man was amazing. The clutch stopped working right when TFX showed up which was not fun. But JB did everything he could to help out and did not create any additional problems. Great attitude and worked with me on the spot to get the car rolling amd onto the transport truck. Amazing person. Professional with a smile all the way through.

Recently used TFX to ship my truck from Toronto to Vancouver. They were priced in-line with rail shipping companies, but provided a door-to-door enclosed vehicle transport at what ended up being an extremely reasonable cost. Their driver arrived within the expected timeframe, and their friendly staff were able to provide updates over the phone when inquired. It's an older truck, and far from what would be considered an "expensive" vehicle, but TFX treated it exactly the same way they do their higher end vehicles. Not the best experience, took 20+ days to deliver my HD motorcycle from Fredericton NB to Edmonton AB. Was expecting it in a week to 10 days. Had to pay up front, and their communications is lacking, had to make several calls to find out information about the location of my motorcycle. Still at the time of writing this I was still waiting for delivery of my HD.
Up date, received my HD, in good condition, drivers were very pleasant and friendly. They alone made up for the short comings of the rest of the organization.

TFX did an incredible job of shipping my 1974 Honda 750 from Kansas to Calgary, Alberta. The bike arrived in excellent condition and there were no issues with getting across the border. Milan, the driver who dropped the bike off, was also an amazing person. Super personality, and very skilled to be able to drive into areas like where we live. I highly recommend TFX to anyone looking to ship a car or motorcycle.

Just took delivery of my 2018 Goldwing motorcycle here in Arizona. Not a mark on the bike 😎. The driver, Patrick was a couple hours ahead of schedule this morning, and I was surprised when he called to tell me he was right outside my house. Great fellow to deal with and he took exceptional care of my bike. I highly recommend TFX International for your automotive/motorcycle shipping needs.

I highly recommend tfx, I had a great experience, they picked up a motorcycle for me in Edmonton and delivered it to Sault Ste. I would definitely recommend TFX for anyone who needs a car transported. The company is very professional with the service they provide. My car was picked up in B.C and delivered to Ontario within 7 days even through a winter storm. If I was able to figure out how to put stars it would be 5 from me.
