Sketchley Cleaners has been serving the people of Kitchener and Waterloo since 1981. In the beginning, our original plant was located on Highland Road in Kitchener. In 1995, the business was sold to Dan Yantzi, a professional accountant who has owned the business ever since. Mr. Yantzi lived in the area since 1979 and was quite active in the local fastball scene until the late 1990s.

Sketchley Cleaners recently installed a newly designed dry cleaning machine called the Ipura system. This machine is not only very efficient at cleaning but creates no environmental waste. Went in to clean 2 jackets, it cost almost $80. The cashier was rude and there was no customer service to be found. I was told that the jackets would be ready in a week. When I returned to pick up my jackets only 1 was ready and they told me to come back tomorrow for the other one, which is odd because I was told it would be ready at the same time. Brought the jackets back home and neither were thoroughly cleaned, to make matters worse the one jacket had burn marks and was still wet. I called the store and was told to contact the owner, and they didn't have the owner's number so they told me to
