Seth was great and very thorough when he came to treat the inside and outside of our home today. He communicated what he was going to do and was sure to communicate his arrival time. We have had great service with our other technicians, but I would say that Seth has been the most thorough this far! Excited to see the difference in our home two weeks from now.

Active Pest has been awesome! When my wife and I purchased our house, it had not been “actively” treated for pests. We had a problem with spiders and other pests. In a relatively short period of time that problem has been resolved. The staff is very courteous and professional. Our tech, Jaime, is always willing to answer questions and make sure our home is taken care of (great guy)! Definitely recommend Active to anyone in the area needing their services.

Great Service from the office that is always prompt, courteous, and professional. Jamie is our Technician and he is very courteous and professional as well. He takes the time to explain everything and goes the extra mile to be sure everything is taken care of until we are satisfied. We had an ant problem about a year ago that was particularly tough and he worked until it was resolved. We had a surprise visit by some ants again on a Friday and he was out by Monday to resolve the issue. I cannot recommend this company enough with customer service like that! Also, consider the monthly maintenance
