Dr. Serge (Srdjan) Gotovac graduated from the University of Sarajevo's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1988 and went on to study small animal medicine at the University of Zagreb's Faculty of Veterinary Medicine (in Croatia).
After settling in Canada with his family, Serge earned his Certificate of Qualification from both the Canadian and American Veterinary Medical Associations and went on to attain his license to practice veterinary medicine Ontario.In 2008, Dr. Serge and his wife Edita opened up Rouge Valley Veterinary Hospital, a dream come true for their family.

I have been taking my dogs to Dr. Serg for 10+ years and will always recommend this clinic to anyone who has a pet! Time and time again, I have ALWAYS left this clinic feeling 100% satisfied (ecstatic really) with all aspects of the service! Dr.Serge, Dr.Nev, and the whole staff at RVVH are great! We've been taking our golden reteiever there since day 1. It's been a year now, and their service has been amazing. We have recently got our 1 year old dog neutered and the girls at the front desk were very comforting and helpful to answer all of my questions prior and post surgery. I will also mention that Dr.Serge is a pro, it almost looks like nothing happened, minimal scarring and the incision has healed so well.

Honest, caring people here. You cannot get a better Vet then this place. I would not go anywhere else. Took care of my old dog lasted 16 years!!! Now have a puppy. They are honest caring know what they are doing. Why would anyone here complain. Yes sometimes people need time off, they are people, they have families. If they are unavailable and its an emergency go to the emergency clinic like people do for themselves. I love this little gem!!

Dr. Serge and His team always take great care of our 2 dogs. Recently our dog Mikey had some dental work done and they were quick to let us know what was going on and that he was doing ok. Dr. Serge really cares and always takes the time to explain everything. Julie went the extra mile to send us the pictures of our dogs surgery and called twice to make sure Mikey was doing well. Thanks so much to the team for great doggy care!
