Absolutely worst people I've ever talked to and horrible customer service. They gave me the wrong part and then wanted to change 30% restocking fee even though they gave me the wrong part and then hung up on me as I was talking. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The only reason I even gave it 1 star is because I had to give something. I can't believe you would tell at your customers like that. Absolutely horrible!!

The guy answering phone is the most rude person Ive ever talked to. I got a compressor for my car, it didn’t work and called back to return it with a valid receipt. The guy says we do not accept any return and yelled at me saying rules are rules and hung up. There’s nothing on the receipt that says he does not accept any returns. What a scam. Stay away from this place and you will have peace of mind not to deal with these rude and cheat people.

This place is a scam for buying used engine or transmission. The guy at the desk is sketchy as hell. When i ask details about how many km, is engine rebuild, what kind of accident the donor car was in, etc, the guy says dont worry thats my business. Hes trying to sell you a junk engine and doesnt care about your car or life. He wouldve had 2 customers but refused to give any information about the most important part in a car. Avoid this place at all costs.

These guys came fairly highly recommended, I called and got a very reasonable quote quickly. They knew exactly what I needed right away.
Everything was good on their end, unfortunately I had some credit card issues and wasn't able to complete the transaction.
NOTE: They have been ripped off far too many times by people calling in their credit card number then calling the credit card company saying that they didn't make the purchase so they are understandably hesitant about doing that but they were willing to make it work for me, I just have a small ($500) limit on my card and couldn't get my

I called for a price of a transmission and the person who answered the phone told me 1500 then hung up. i called back and said "i wasnt finished speaking, why did you hang up?" his response was "watch, i'll do it again...." and hung up on me AGAIN!!! VERY POOR customer service. Made me ask my self "do people actually spend money here?"
