Any time I email with questions they always call back to explain the answers to me and then follow up with an email.

I have been a client with this company since June for our business communication needs and have found both the sales department and the service technicians very easy to reach and very accommodating. Any issues that we have had regarding connection etc, have been the fault of the internet provider and even those issues Alt Telecom has worked alongside us and on our behalf to arrange for service requests to correct these issues. I would highly recommend them for your communication needs and the customer service is superior!
