I met and worked with Jake to plan my bathroom remodels. He provided me with two dates to start: before Christmas to complete the new tub surround in our ensuite, and mid January for the main bathroom complete remodel. They were able to stick to both dates.
The price was reasonable for the work done, and I was impressed to see a discount given for seniors that Jake hadn’t even mentioned. I went in to their storefront and changed my choice of materials that we had talked about during his home visit; “no problem”.

Bathworx removed my old tub and replaced it with a new one. They cut out the existing tile and used it around the new tub in order to save us money. Could not be happier with this company. The owner Brent and his team were great to work with. Will recommend them to my family and friends.

We found Bathworx online and decided to give them a try. They were one of three companies that came out to give us a quote. Brent was our sales guy and he was so great! He showed up on time, got the quote to us the same day and their price was much more realistic than the other 2 companies that we met with. We were kept up to date on a regular basis on when our install would happen. The installers were fantastic! They showed up on time each day, were very polite, answered all of our questions, were very good at keeping us informed of how the job was going and where they were at with it being finished

Our first contact was with Jake..who came to our home and advised us regarding removing our tub ,shower and replace with a walk in shower. We visited the showroom ,picked out our choices with Jake’s help . He provided us with a detailed quote and we advised him to proceed. Derick and Keenan arrived on Wednesday,the tear out began and the walk in shower was ushered into place. There were a couple of small issues,but the boys were knowledgeable and quick to advise us ,We can do this! In summary,we are thrilled with our walk-in shower. So convenient and safe for us. These guys do some amazing work. Reached out to them to replace a 3 piece shower with a custom walk in. We could not be happier with the outcome. Jake came in and gave me an estimate for a Jacuzzi conversion to a walk In shower with a corner seat. He said it would be a few weeks before he could get started and to my surprise he called and surprised me and said he would be over in 2 days and have all the work done in 2 days,he was true to his word. The men that came in to do the work were polite and friendly and they cleaned up after the job was done. It looks just lovely. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks to Jake and the installers.

We've had Jake and Brent do three bathroom renos for us now, and all of them turned out beautiful! See before and after pics of the one - they did the shower and the vanity (limestone panels and azul marino quartzite).
