Perhaps for those standard jobs Oakview is excellent however, after calling and calling, stopping by and even having them show up at my house twice to build an estimate, Oakview is not capable of adding a storm door/side light to my house. It took them 10 months (yes, you are reading that correctly) to finally admit it (and only because I called them AGAIN). Very disappointing. Don't recommend Oakview to those wanting anything not available in a catalog!

Had them come in to do an estimate on my window, guy was very nice and quick about it. Over the next 3 weeks I tried to call in and get a quote from them, only to be told that it would be available next week (for 2 weeks straight). Never heard from them, found another company to get my window replaced. Maybe they do good work (I wouldn't know), but horrible customer service.
