By-Pass Auto - Truck - Equipment Recyclers is the largest government regulated, environmentally conscious vehicle and scrap metal recycling facility on the Sunshine Coast. We are a gold member of the AREA (Automotive Recyclers' Environmental Association) and we are the drop-off depot on the Sunshine Coast for the BC Scrap-It and Kidney Car Program.
We offer free drop-off of loose scrap metal and we purchase non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, aluminum, etc. We tow and dispose of derelict and end of life vehicles free of charge and we purchase vehicles, trucks, machinery and equipment for parts and scrap recycling. By-Pass Auto is a family run business that cares about the environment in which we all live.

Staff at this business went above and beyond what I expected they would to help me try and source a part I needed. After initially being unable to find the part they researched work arounds and fixes for me. Eventually they actually tracked down the part for me.

Marty and the guys do a great thing here! They can help you find almost any car part you need, but they also have real heart for taking care of scrap metal the appropriate way -- recycling. Thanks for providing a great service to the community as well as helping people make a little cash for getting rid of the old cars sitting in their yards. You guys are great!
