The reason i do not recommend this company is because even though it was years ago now. the driver **andrew marlikowsk**. kid napped me and drove me around central alberta and assaulted me. Yes! he left grande prairie after his shift in his canadian cab. he drove 6 hours to sylvan lake and kid napped me. where he cut my hair off assaulted me trying… to push me out of his vehicle going 120km hr on highway 2 north. i tried to get away where he came after me into the ponoka mcdonalds womans washroom. he then got a room at the airport motel in leduc kept me there for hours hurting me. he also

We use this cab company to shuttle employees from the hotel to the airport and vice versa. I always call the night before and so does the hotel and book for the next morning. However Dispatch always forgets to send a cab for the specified time. This has happened to me 3 times, the last time I called the night before, as well as the lady at the front desk, I called them after 5 mins of them being late and they dispatched the cab to the wrong Hotel even though I told them 4 times where I was. Needless to say I almost missed my plane. Get your act together Canadian Cabs!

I had to go to work and called Canadian cabs 45 mins ahead of time and they arrived an hour later, when im already late for work and having to find a reliable ride. They are not responsible or reliable

Calls are dispatched out of a completely different country, they will tell you your cab is 15 minutes away and it doesn’t show up for another 45 minutes after. When they tell you a cab is 15 minutes away you shouldn’t be an hour late for work when you call an hour and a half in advance. Dispatch told me they would check on the cab and call me back right away, did not call back for 20 minutes.
This used to be the only cab company that I would use in town, I will never use them again

Last year I was in Canada for my international business tour. I landed in the grande prairie at 3AM in the morning, i was frightened that i will get a cab safely or not, but with the canadian cabs my experience was good. Pick up and drop services were great and they also provide easy payment options. All i can say that Canadian cabs is the best cab service in the grande prairie.

I wish I could give them zero star . Because I called them 6:30AM in the morning and dispatcher said cab will be there within 15 to 20 minutes and after 25 minute I called them back again he said driver will be there within five minutes and again 7:10 AM I called them 4-5 times and they were saying same dialogue driver will be there within five minute but it took near about one hour for cab. They are just Dying for $$$$$
