Ken had gone out to my house before I had possession to investigate water in the basement. He had misdiagnosed the issue as window leakage then refused to come take a second look or give useful information on the massive floor cracks I found under the soggy tile.

Ken and his team were very helpful. He responded very quickly to my e-mails, and was able to come out quickly to do the foundation crack repairs to fix our leaking basement.
