Was extremely disappointed with the customer service, I inquired about purchasing a couple of ribbons for a charity fundraiser. Was told that it was not possible to order such a small amount. When I asked if they knew of any other company’s that would sell in small quantities I received a very rude email back saying that they had no idea and that there was no way I would find one to only sell me a couple. Well their loss because I did find a company in Langley and they were very happy to help.
